Quick, polite & helpful. Only found site yesterday, booked 10-2 appointment for today & got a phone call 1 hour before checking I'm available & giving me name of engineer. I was hoping for a repair but the fitter advised that, with the age and condition of the door and mechanism, he couldn t be sure that a similar problem wouldn t arise. A very pleasant, polite guy who cut the cables, lowered the previously stuck door, and made the garage secure for me. Spoke to a lady to order the door and, about 10 minutes later, a gentleman from the office called to arrange installation for late this Friday morning. Swift, efficient service. We have lived at the property for 10 years, so garage door was obviously older than that.
Great service from start to finish, including answering my initial enquiry on a Sunday! Within two days of that enquiry my garage door was fixed at a very reasonable price. Excellent.
Same day attendance and Ian the attending engineer quickly measured up the old garage door, rechecked the measurements, confirmed the existing motor was good for a new door. He explained the type of door we would get and the mechanism, the new steel frame to replace our rotten wood frame and suggested soffits to replace the perspex windows above. The office very promptly phoned with a quote which we discussed and followed up with an email quote. All very professional.
Came at appointed time. Renewed damaged cable etc and ensured door worked. Courteous and pleasant repair man.
The engineer was knowledgeable, polite and punctual. He gave constructive advice and suggested possible solutions. Measurements were taken and a quotation received from the office shortly afterwards.

Gordon came out properly less than 2 hours after I rang the company. He very quickly replaced the broken bands on our garage door and got it working again.
Requested quote on Sunday Morning had a reply within a couple of hours. Engineer survey on Monday, quoted same day and new door Tuesday Engineers were excellent.
Not necessity the cheapest, but booking to arrival of the engineer was less than 3 hours! He did a great job, sorting out my jammed door and fully lubricating everything. It now works better than it did before it jammed !!
